AUTUMN LECTURE and AGM

Dyslexia, Reading and Synthetic Phonics
Speaker: Joanna Jeffery – Cert Ed, Dip (Dys), AMBDA, MA.
The lecture topics will include dyslexia, phonics and reading, synthetic phonics, government influence on schools and a chance to see ‘Teaching Reading Through Games’.
MDDA Surgeries in Marlborough Library
These take place on the second Saturday of the month (except August) at the library in Marlborough High Street between 10am and 12 noon.
A dyslexia specialist will be present who can offer advice on dyslexia matters and give help in selecting appropriate resources from our huge range of books, games and assessments.

St John’s – Additional Needs Surgeries
These take place on the first Tuesday of the month from 3.30 – 5pm.
The surgery is open to all parents/carers; you do not need to be a MDDA member
